Services overview

Collections, testing, and compliance support

Everything CMCC does starts with a properly performed collection. Around that, we build the program — scheduling, coordination, consortium administration, and records — for individuals, owner-operators, and employers of any size.

Beyond the collection

Program administration and support

A collection is one moment in a program that runs all year. CMCC administers the surrounding work so that nothing depends on someone remembering to do it.

  • Random testing consortium administration and selection notifications
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse registration and query support
  • SAP and return-to-duty process coordination
  • Non-DOT second-chance program design and administration
  • Equipment maintenance logs and program recordkeeping
  • Nationwide collection coordination through partner facilities

One driver or one thousand

CMCC serves companies of every size with no minimums and no maximums. A single-truck authority receives the same program design, the same scheduling access, and the same phone number at 2 a.m. as a national fleet.

Tell us how many people you cover and where they are, and we will describe how the program would run.

Process

How a collection gets scheduled

  1. Contact us

Call, text, email, or use the contact form. Tell us who needs testing and why.

  2. We confirm the type

We identify whether the test is DOT or non-DOT and which collection type applies.

  3. Schedule

Walk in, book online, or set a time for a collector to come to your location.

  4. Collect and report

The collection is performed and results are routed to the correct recipient.
