CollectorConnect

The collector network

CMCC coordinates collections nationwide. CollectorConnect is the directory behind that: collection sites and mobile collectors across the country, so an employer with people in the field can get someone collected where they actually are.

How it works

Two sides of the network

Employers and owner-operators

Need a collection somewhere CMCC does not have a truck? Call us and we coordinate it through the network, with results routed back to one point of contact.

If you perform DOT or non-DOT collections, apply to be listed. Tell us where you work, what you offer, and which laboratories you work with.

Coverage

Where we collect

Our own collectors work throughout the Carolinas. Everywhere else, CMCC coordinates the collection through our partner network and routes the results back to you.

States we serve

51 states

Select a state on the map or in the list to see how we cover it.

Nationwide coordination means we arrange a collection wherever your people are, whether or not a CMCC collector is nearby. Call (980) 336-9119 and tell us the location.

Applying

What happens after you apply

  1. You submit the form

Business details, service area, states served, collection services, and laboratory relationships.

  2. CMCC reviews it

Applications are reviewed before anything is published. We may contact you to verify details.

  3. You are listed

Approved collectors appear in the directory with the contact information you provided.

What a listing is — and is not

A CollectorConnect listing is a directory entry. It is not a certification, an accreditation, an endorsement, or a statement that CMCC has verified a collector's qualifications, training, or laboratory relationships.

Employers remain responsible for satisfying themselves that any collector they engage is appropriate for their program.

The searchable collector directory is being built. Collectors who apply now are reviewed and included when it opens.
