Who we are
CMCC is a woman-owned collection and compliance company serving individuals, owner-operators, DOT-regulated employers, and non-DOT businesses. We handle the collection itself and the program around it — scheduling, coordination, consortium administration, and recordkeeping — so your team can stay focused on the work.
Whether you need a single pre-employment test this afternoon or a random testing program across several states, the process starts the same way: a phone call, a clear explanation of what applies to you, and a collection scheduled around your operation.

Walk-in and scheduled collections for individuals and owner-operators who need a test for a job, a court requirement, a school, or their own records.
DOT and non-DOT collections for transportation, manufacturing, rail, airport, and general industry employers — on your schedule, at your location.
Random testing consortium administration, FMCSA Clearinghouse support, SAP and return-to-duty coordination, and program recordkeeping.

Walk into the clinic, book online, or schedule a mobile collector to come to your site — including nights and weekends.
A trained collector performs the collection and prepares the specimen for rapid screening or laboratory testing, as your program requires.
Results are routed to the correct party, and program records are maintained for the accounts we administer.

Our clinic serves the Cherryville, Kings Mountain, Shelby, Gastonia, and greater Charlotte area for walk-in and scheduled collections. Mobile collectors travel to worksites throughout the Carolinas, and we coordinate collections at partner facilities across the United States for companies with people in the field.
