Who we are

Collections handled properly, the first time

CMCC is a woman-owned collection and compliance company serving individuals, owner-operators, DOT-regulated employers, and non-DOT businesses. We handle the collection itself and the program around it — scheduling, coordination, consortium administration, and recordkeeping — so your team can stay focused on the work.

Whether you need a single pre-employment test this afternoon or a random testing program across several states, the process starts the same way: a phone call, a clear explanation of what applies to you, and a collection scheduled around your operation.

What we do

Three ways we support you

Every service below is available at our clinic, on-site through mobile collection, or coordinated at a partner facility near you.

The difference

Built around your operation

Most testing providers ask you to fit their hours, their minimums, and their template. We start from what you actually need.

  • Answered around the clock. A post-accident test does not wait for business hours, so neither do we.
  • Mobile or clinic, your choice. We travel to worksites, terminals, and yards, and we keep a clinic open for walk-ins.
  • No minimums, no maximums. A one-driver authority and a national fleet get the same attention.
  • Nationwide coordination. Your people get collected where they are, with results routed back to one point of contact.
  • Woman-owned and hands-on. You speak with the people who run the program, not a call queue.
  • Tailored programs. Testing schedules, panels, and reporting are set up to match how your business runs.

How it works

From first call to completed collection

  1. Tell us what you need

Call or text (980) 336-9119, email us, or send the contact form. We will confirm which type of test applies to your situation.

  2. Pick a time and place

Walk into the clinic, book online, or schedule a mobile collector to come to your site — including nights and weekends.

  3. Complete the collection

A trained collector performs the collection and prepares the specimen for rapid screening or laboratory testing, as your program requires.

  4. Results and records

Results are routed to the correct party, and program records are maintained for the accounts we administer.

Where we work

A North Carolina clinic, with collections nationwide

Our clinic serves the Cherryville, Kings Mountain, Shelby, Gastonia, and greater Charlotte area for walk-in and scheduled collections. Mobile collectors travel to worksites throughout the Carolinas, and we coordinate collections at partner facilities across the United States for companies with people in the field.

Placeholder — client to confirm The clinic address must be verified before launch. Current sources list both Cherryville, NC and 1201 East Church Street, Kings Mountain, NC. The confirmed address should be used on this page, the Contact page, the structured data, and the Google Business Profile.

Customer reviews

Read what clients say — and tell us how we did

Reviews from drivers, owner-operators, and safety managers help other businesses decide who to trust with their testing program. If we have worked together, we would be grateful for a few minutes of your time.

Placeholder — client to confirm No testimonial text is published here because none was supplied for the rebuild. Send the review link or QR code destination and any customer quotes you have written permission to publish, and we will add a reviews strip in their own words.

Common questions

Not sure which test you need?

Most people call us with the same handful of questions. We have answered them plainly.

Do I need a DOT or non-DOT test?

It depends on whether your role is covered by a federal agency's testing rules. Tell us your job and employer, and we will identify which applies.

Read the answer

Can you come to my worksite?

Yes. Mobile collections are a core part of what we do, including scheduled events and after-hours post-accident calls.

Read the answer

What is a random testing consortium?

It is a pooled random selection program. Owner-operators, in particular, generally cannot run a one-person random pool alone.
